Spike - Make Visual View Mode B&W

When merged this pull request will:

• Add a visual B&W seeker mode (the implemented visualMode caching logic is pretty ugly, but apparently the only way to mitigate SQF limitations in fetching the specific thermal view mode);
• Moved to Spike - Add Olive Launcher Variant #11003:
  • Hide the non-functional (it's a Titan AT that won't lock) Spike "base weapon" from the ACE Arsenal;
  • Add an Olive Spike LR variant, which reuses the vanilla texture of the AAF Titan AT;

Other future improvements:

• Implement a digital control acceleration curve, to make slewing and locking targets easier without zooming in;
• Improve terminal guidance, prevent the missile from:
  • Climbing up indefinitely after booster burnout (no lock), resulting in a stall and gliding backwards almost all the way back to the launch position;
  • Trying at all costs to hit moving targets from above when airspeed is insufficient, resulting in a stall and miss, it should instead revert to pure pursuit;

I don't like this hard coded. Pull array from here and store into a static array somewhere

add a new mode called b&w. this camera script is meant to be pulled out at somepoint to allow for MITL seekers of different types. No hardcoding for spike allowed
