Ballistics - Fix and improve B_12Gauge_Slug_NoCartridge.

When merged this pull request will:

• Fix and update B_12Gauge_Slug_NoCartridge, solve Slug trajectory in-game.
• Fix AA12 from Western Sahara CDLC shoots far below its crosshair when using any attached sights #11191
• Remove Scopes - Stop applying scope offsets to secondary muzzles #11280, has no effect on slug trajectory in-game and remove the possibility to play with Type 115 secondary weapon (50BW) with scope.
• Add Slug 300gr (higher engagement distance that 438gr).
• Update Western Sahara compatibility: add XMS SG, fix B_12Gauge_Pellets_Submunition MV 900m/s in-game, add ACE_ScopeHeightAboveRail and ACE_RailHeightAboveBore.
• Update Western Sahara XMS SG shotgun realistic name SIX-12 (thanks to rekterakathom for his source).
• Muzzle velocities (m/s) in-game (AB 15°C 59°F, ICAO ASM):

Note:

• Short range ammunition, zeroing 100m or less recommended.
• Slug works as it should be with shotguns after some tests with dispersion = 0;, except Western Sahara XMS SG. Maybe 3D model issue ?
  • Example with XMS SG iron sight (vanilla game, CBA and Debug Reticle script):
    • XMS SG iron sight primary weapon not centered.
    • XMS SG iron sight secondary weapon not centered.
• Same that .50BW, no range card and no scope turrets for Six-12 Slug,
  same that .50BW, "Slug 300gr" added in AtragMx GunList in case ACE3 players would use Six-12 with scope (switch to primary weapon for scope turrets and open AtragMx range card (RC) for values).
  Reseting AtragMx GunList to add eventually the new ammunition for Six-12.
