Description

  • Move batch_upload_imageuploader.pl and batch_upload_tarchive.pl into uploadNeuroDB to not clutter the root LORIS-MRI directory with scripts.
  • Remove the root directory from the $PATH.

Testing

  • Checked that the scripts are still callable using their names (they are still in the $PATH).
  • Checked that the scripts are not called using their absolute path in the codebase (one occurrence found).
