There is an enhancement for landing new developers or who want to use docker-compose only for Redis and PostgreSQL

Added default parameters to necessary project settings.
If anyone who doesn't want to use .env. and docker-compose for build django project, there will be no django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured error.
