[Implemented] fullscreen toggle feature in TopNav.vue, adding 'Enter Fullscreen' with mdi-fullscreen icon and 'Exit Fullscreen' with mdi-fullscreen-exit icon before the Logout option. Included logic to detect and set the initial fullscreen state on page load. Resolves Issue #8
