Installed biome, migrated prettier and eslint config. Well, I really only migrated the prettier config (with `npx biome migrate prettier`) ... the eslint config seemed to be entirely boilerplate. amendment: Removed tslint.json. It isn't being respected, and I don't think I care about its configuration very much.
That's the only version we support, and I think it's necessary for the fetch to work, though I'm surprised it's been building.
They had ticked up because of fonts, but I didn't notice.
Downloaded fonts.
This reverts commit 3d238ca. Reason for revert: This was a silly abuse of a Makefile, and not very necessary at all IMO.
