Added team icons on teams page. Icons can be clicked on to view a team's info of the user's choice. Smooth scroll also implemented.
…option in both dark and light mode
Adjusted the brightness of acm AI logo upon being hovered over. Brightness has now been decreased. Icons now darken or brighten up depending on if its dark/light mode. Darkens on light mode. Brightens on dark mode.

Added icons on team page to help users select acmCSUF teams they're interested in viewing. Upon clicking on a team icon, the webpage automatically scrolls down to the selected team's section. Icons appear after "Explore our teams" paragraph section
