Updates all docs to match with current state of codebase. Simplified some (especially the oauth one since it was a little verbose).
@GaballaGit sorry but I removed the cli docs from the swagger docs. The CLI is changing a lot meaning that those docs are going to be out of date until it stablilizes. Also it lifts the burden of having to maintain the CLI docs in more than one place.
