Gelato dropped ETH (chain ID 1) support in the old relay SDK, breaking sponsored transactions. Replace the bundled GelatoTransactionSender with a custom TransactionSender implementation using the new gasless SDK.

@gelatocloud/gasless requires viem/account-abstraction which was not available in the previously locked viem 2.14.0.
