This was meant for somebody potentially looking for a docs folder. But I agree, it is not strictly necessary.

The relevant parts of the outdated
docsfolder are integrated into qlever's docs in qlever-dev/qlever-docs#18. This PR removes the old files and links the docs page from the readme.
