Behavior

Starting with 10.3.0 (I reverted to 10.2.0 and the display is stable) the dot clock display has a "jiggle" effect present and periodically the screen flashes (blinks).

Happens to me as well with Qualia ESP32-S3 with RGB TTL TFT Display - 3.2" 320x820 No Touchscreen display on CP 10.2.1.

Tried downgrading to 10.2.0 and 10.0.0, did not help.
