This adds debugging printouts but doesn't change the code. Is this an inadvertant PR?

Setting debug to 1 is probably accidental. The additional prints were around establishing at what stage I was seeing a crash on the esp during communications. |

Ideally it'd be good to get that debug flag into a compiler flag, so it can be adjusted with a make option. |

It is useful to allow user code to enable debug. Building NINA is non-trivial for many users. |
