Fix Shadow DOM link pointing to missing docs site path, other ones directed from missing repo paths to the docs (dateformat, model, template).

Sorry, just noticed this this PR! I just made some changes to how Sphinx builds the docs. If you want to update this PR to work with the new setup I'll merge it in! Thanks.
