@bakesteve New-GitHubOAuthToken has stopped working. It looks like Github made some changes to api in V3 but Posh Github has not been updated accordingly.
Work Around is to generate token as mentioned below
https://help.github.com/articles/creating-an-access-token-for-command-line-use
and add it environment variable using powershell command
'$env:GITHUB_OAUTH_TOKEN =TokenObtainedEarlier'
