Merge paired USD schema tables into unified tables per prim type

Each prim type now has a single table with all mjc: attributes
Newton parses, showing the Newton target as either a native property
or model.mujoco.* custom attribute. Eliminates table duplication
between the USD schema and custom-attributes sections.
