Can confirm I see the updated ethnicity values in the IndividualHumanMetadataTemplate and NACC as a new individualIdSource value in all three changed templates.

Added NACC to individualIDSource. Updated ethnicity description and valid values to include "Not Hispanic or Latino, Hispanic or Latino, Preferred not to answer, Other, Unknown, Not applicable".
