Description
This is fixing a previous feature that was created specifically for migration. A new property was added to allow for kafka to override what port is used to connect to kafka from other services.
In this case, cruise control will use the new property if it is set to communicate with kafka on the port defined on the listener where usedForKafkaAdminCommunication is set.
