I like it and sometime I don't 😅
I believe it all depends of the content displayed on the page.

What is the goal to add one more level to the sidebar?

Yeah, I think it makes navigation and discoverability a lot better, especially since we have some really really long pages

Having 2 levels of depth in the TOC is also pretty common. See Vue.js, Laravel, TanStack docs etc.. In fact, pretty much every docs site I can think of has a two-level TOC
