This pull request addresses the following:

  1. Deploy CipherCraft package to Maven Central
  2. Attempt to fix labeler, seems like issue is not using Ubuntu 22, and maybe .yml needed a bit of fixing
  3. Update README to point to Maven Central entry for this library, and remove excessive debug prints
