Sometimes,
build_grnmay return an empty list ofeRegulons. This is more likely to occur when stricter thresholds are used for the parametersmin_target_genes,rho_threshold, ormin_regions_per_gene. To address this, a condition has been added to handle empty results gracefully, instead of raising an error in_format_egrns.
