Sometimes, build_grn may return an empty list of eRegulons. This is more likely to occur when stricter thresholds are used for the parameters min_target_genes, rho_threshold, or min_regions_per_gene. To address this, a condition has been added to handle empty results gracefully, instead of raising an error in _format_egrns.
