test(repo-intel): drop stale aiRatio test (query removed) - #372

queries.aiRatio was removed when agent-analyzer dropped AI-authorship attribution (v0.5.0); the binary no longer has the ai-ratio subcommand and the canonical lib no longer wraps it. This stale test (queries.aiRatio is not a function) failed every PR's CI. Removed it.
