Summary

  • enforce the Agent Skills specification's string-to-string metadata map and refresh the Agent Skills baseline
  • add CC-SET-021 for ignored project-level remoteControlAtStartup: true in Claude Code 2.1.222+
  • review and refresh the Cursor environment/spec baseline and release marker
  • review Cline v4.1.4 as having no changes to validated .clinerules, workflow, hook, or skill surfaces
  • regenerate rule docs and bookkeeping for 445 rules

Addresses #1316, #1317, #1318, and #1319.

Validation

  • cargo test --workspace
  • cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings
  • cargo fmt --all -- --check
  • cargo test -p agnix-cli --test kiro_ci_gate -- --include-ignored
  • node scripts/sync-rule-bookkeeping.js --check
  • git diff --check
  • live scripts/check-tool-releases.sh sweep: all baselines current after Cline v4.1.4 update
