What it does
Enriches YouTrack tickets with codebase context directly in JetBrains AI Assistant. When a user
types a ticket ID, PIA fetches the issue from YouTrack, scans the local codebase for relevant
files using keyword matching, and returns a synthesised summary with affected code areas, linked
tickets, and suggested next steps.
