A few more config options related to file creation with Competitive Companion

Adds 3 new config options:

• cph.general.includeProblemIndex
• toggle for whether to include the problem index in the filename (e.g. A - problem a, should the filename be A_problem_a or just problem_a)
• cph.general.wordRegex
• allows the user to customize what they determine to be a word for the file naming scheme
• cph.general.doTemplateFileVariableReplacement
• replace $var$ with its value on problem file creation or not (e.g. $url$ with the problem url received from Competitive Companion)
