attempt to solve #275

  • removes resizable JS
  • uses css resize as a replacement
  • resize handle style and position is consistent with other forms
  • allows to have custom css to e.g. disable resize or also allow horizontal resize

Is there some documentation how to generate the minified versions of css/js for this repo?

requires #273 first
