Privacy Policy
This document provides the privacy policy and agreements you accept when adding of Tenj/Shizuru's bots to a server or being in the server with one.

Server Manager - Anyone who has the ability to add a bot to a server or configure the bot for the server. This is usually an administrator or moderator -
Server Member - Anyone who is a member of server to which one of the bots has been added -
Bot Owner - The user that is running the Bot code, and is the registered owner of the bot user present in the server.
These items may be collected and stored when the user intentionally provides the data (typically by usage of a command) This data is not collected automatically. When you use the command and provide data in this way, you forfeit any rights to the content of the data provided.
- Server Configurations
- Saved urls, or texts (Contest Submissions)
- List of roles
This data may be automatically collected by some bots. This data is used to provide statistic or historical data, and assist in server moderation if certain bot(s) are added to a server.
- Logs of chat messages (Tunk only)
- Any data needed for normal operation of Discord Bots, such as server permissions.
Tonk stores data of channels with MPA configurations. The following information is collected and stored in a database only accessible by the Bot Owner:
Guild ID
Channel ID
Role IDs that are provided via usage of command
Various other configuration inputs made by usage of commands, such as boolean configuration flags, scheduled events, or event expiration dates.
All other bots currently store all data in memory, and gets cleared out upon termination of the program (either intentionally or unintentionally)
By adding any of Tenj (Shizuru)'s Bots to your server or using any of these services in any way, you are consenting to the policies outlined in this document. If you, the server manager, do not agree to this document, you may remove the bot(s) from the server. If you, the server member, do not agree to this document, you may leave the server that contains the bot(s).
