2.Use "npm run test" to test the file.
3.Use "./node_modules/.bin/eslint tests/unit/picopsCompliance.test.js" to test the eslint of the ComplianceInterface.test.js file.
4.Use "solium --file ./src/contracts/PicopsCompliance.sol" to test the solidity lint for ComplianceInterface.sol file.
