What?
NIXL_LOG_LEVEL values do not map exactly to Python logging level values. Add a correct conversion.
Why?
Setting NIXL_LOG_LEVEL=trace generates
Invalid log level: TRACEerror message in Python programs that import NIXL, and the log level is not set.
