Previously the only available ERA5 data on GCP was gaussian latlon gridded data requiring the use of CDO. The latest ERA5 data includes regular latlon gridded output sufficient for using the GFDL fregrid tool that we've been using in other instances. This update switches my processing script to point towards some daily 1degree data that I had previously processed for training SST reservoirs on regular grids.
