lakhua v1.0.0 is the first public release of an offline reverse geocoder for India.

It translates lat lon coordinates or H3 indexes into city and state metadata using precomputed in memory data. No API keys. No network requests. No rate limits. Just fast, deterministic lookups.

Now available in JavaScript, Python, and Go.
