Update Runnable Distribution

ToDos:

1. Some fields need to be deleted. check with Antonis
2. correct implementation of software_dependency, and other_dependency
3. Add appropriate test cases.
4. incomplete annotation in the conceptual model.
5. Check if deployment_process serves the same purpose as previous deployment.
6. Implement computation_requirement.
