This PR removes low-code CDK compatibility guides paragraphs (long overdue), and combines Builder and low-code CDK doc sidebars.
I opted to not change the actual docs file structure and let @ian-at-airbyte handle that later. But with this change, whoever onboards next at least has a clear list of pages to read through and figure out what is going on.
The order I opted for is Builder concepts first, CDK concepts after.
