Stacked cards on the Backup & restore and Claim activity pages touched with no gap. Route card spacing through a single --wc-card-gap so the column gap, stacked-card gap, and the gap below the dashboard split are all the same value horizontally and vertically.

Stacked cards on the Backup & restore and Claim activity pages sat directly against each other with no gap. This routes card spacing through a single token so the gap is the same value in both directions — the two columns on the dashboard, the cards stacked within a column, and the space below the dashboard split now all match, and the previously-touching pages get the same gap. The column gap is also slightly tighter than before.
