@LonnekeScheffer Don't we have a potential n-to-n relationship with antigens and epitopes? Multiple epitopes on the same source protein/molecule makes sense, and I suppose it's possible to have the same exact epitope sequence on different proteins. If that's true then we need to have a composite class that has both the antigen and epitope together. I was thinking along those lines anyways... |

Added epitopes and MHC to the schema as per our discussion in the AKC meeting. They are foreign objects (epitope should have IEDB CURIE, MHC should have MRO CURIE as source_url)
We still need to discuss the Assay classes a bit more; which fields are necessary? Is there a benefit to 'repeating' the epitope/antigen in the Assay class?
