- Add apt-get update before installing Linux dependencies to prevent 404 errors
- Replace deprecated macos-13 runner with macos-15-intel: [macOS] The macOS 13 Ventura based runner images will begin deprecation on September 22nd and will be fully unsupported by December 4th for GitHub and ADO actions/runner-images#13046
- Add latest devices
