Added an MLflow deployment template for Akash.
This template deploys MLflow with PostgreSQL as the backend store and MinIO as the S3-compatible artifact store.
The MLflow startup logic was moved into a small custom image with a separate start script instead of keeping a large inline command in the SDL. This makes the deployment file easier to read, safer to edit, and less likely to break because of YAML parsing or indentation issues.
