This PR retires the end-of-life zcashd template and replaces it with a Zakura deployment so operators can run a maintained Zcash full node on Akash, including snapshot bootstrap for faster tip sync and config that works under Akash’s service env injection. It also bumps the Zebra template to 6.2.1 and tightens that SDL (persistent state, env-driven config, Akash-friendly networking) so both modern Zcash node options stay usable and current on the network.
