In the case of mono foreign currency reconciliation, we need this exchange difference move.
Example, for a company using euro, supplier invoice of 10 USD / 9 euros
Payment of 10 USD / 8.5 euros.
A full reconcile needs to happen with an exchange difference of 0.5 euros.
This is the case I solve here : OCA#660
This PR aims to keep compatibility with this PR
