suport básico das tags IBS/CBS na versão legacy 1.3.1 da nfelib com bindings generateDS (versão de 2023 ainda usada no Odoo 12.0). Os testes passam, basta fazer
pytest testse testam com a nota da reforma (simplificada no caso)tests/nfe/v4_00/leiauteNFe/nfe_reforma_tributaria.xml
