Quick Start

1. Clone this repository
2. Set up a Python virtual environment
3. Install requirements: pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Place the Stockfish binary in bin/stockfish/
5. Add your SVG pieces to src/web/static/img/
6. Run: python src/web/app.py
7. Open your browser at http://localhost:5000
