Issue of hover underline over logo and navbar items in navbar.

Description

1. The issue of logo and theme change button hovering is resolved by modifying navbar.css file as now only the logo enlarges over hovering and do not get underlined.
2. Now on hovering navbar items, only a single underline comes with transition instead of two- one with transition and another without any.
3. Also color of text in footer has been changed to white from black as background is also black.
4. Size of Contact Us button in navbar in 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/blog.html' has been corrected.
