Updated the version of kargo and modified OIDC configuration to enable dex with GitHub OAuth. Removed unrelated configuration.
Updated admin and viewer account group claims to reflect GH org:team mapping.
Updated GitHub OIDC configuration to include placeholders for organization name and linked to DEx docs
