Switch large-run SLURM submitters to save 5% progress snapshots where ablation scripts still used quarter-epoch checkpointing. Update intermediate eval submitters and docs so 50% and 75% evals prefer snapshot checkpoints while retaining legacy quarter-checkpoint fallback.
