Moved imports to top of script. created process_video function. moved cli logic and argument parsing to main function. removed sys and imutils. Used cv2.CAP_PROP_FRAME_COUNT to retrieve the frame count instead of 7. Changed the interpolation method to cv2.INTER_LINEAR for better frame resizing quality.
