High-level PR Summary
This PR adds a complete reports section to the application, including a new navigation link, an updated dashboard with a "View reports" button, a reports listing page displaying vendor trust assessments, and a detailed report view page with interactive features like tabbed content, CISO copilot chat, and comprehensive security information.
