Improve copilot look and feel
High-level PR Summary
This PR restructures the layout of a report detail page to improve the visual presentation and positioning of a copilot chat interface. The main content area and copilot sidebar are reorganized into a two-column grid layout on larger screens, with the copilot sidebar now positioned as a sticky element on the right side. The copilot sidebar styling is enhanced with improved backdrop blur, shadow effects, and border treatments to create a more prominent, glass-morphism appearance. The sidebar is also hidden on mobile devices and only displays on large screens.
