Hello,
I found your example for classmap very useful however when I cloned repo I discovered that some references are broken, files are not attached properly and the solution doesn't work with the newest version of MongoDB. So I decided to fix this a little:

  • added automatic restoring of Nuget packages,
  • remove unnecessary file and attach the proper one,
  • use async methods the be compatible with the newest Mongo.
    I hope you will find useful this pull request.

My only concern is it totally breaks it for versions < current version... ?

Maybe it is good idea to create separate branch for the newest version and the old one. It's up to you:)
