The same read‑only permissions are set for the code-review workflow even though the prompt instructs Claude to leave a comment with
gh pr comment. Withoutpull-requests: write, the default token cannot create the comment and the job will fail to deliver review output. Update the permissions block to grant write access where the action needs to post feedback.Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
