Drop the Building Applications and Advanced Topics sidebar groups and the Core leftover pages that sit outside the target Concepts list. Copies stay in _ARCHIVE. Retarget the two live links that pointed at archived pages to the API reference.

Pulls the leftover pre-reorg dumps (Building Applications, Advanced Topics, and the stray Core pages) out of the live sidebar so Concepts is just the rewritten pages. The old files are in
_ARCHIVE/if we need them later.
