[nodes] Replace desc.Node.internalFolder with {nodeCacheFolder}

Description

This PR is a follow-up to #2629 and replaces desc.Node.internalFolder (which has been removed) with {nodeCacheFolder} for nodes that were added right before the merge of #2629.
